I am writing to ask all the people who have “borrowed” the small carts on wheels with the handles that have disappeared from Cooper's to return them immediately.
This is not borrowing, it is plain theft.
We pay enough for our products and the theft of about 25 carts will only increase our costs.
These little carts are admittedly convenient for many things and you can purchase them at Walmart for a reasonable price.
Return them this week, no questions asked. I trust you do know that the Coopers store does have video cameras so they quite likely know who the thieves are!
