Friendly visitor program beginning in Princeton

Looking for volunteers to help in the community with people who are confined to their home.

Dear Editor,

This is an open letter of request to the community.

Princeton Hospice Society is having a meeting on October 24 and invites anyone interested in volunteering to help in the community with people who are confined to their home. We would like to start a Friendly Visitor Program where people would spend time with clients, playing cards, having coffee, reading, taking them out for a drive if possible, or just visiting. We invite you to join us and share ideas. We are also looking for people willing to be drivers for hospital visits..

Please call June Hope 250 – 295 – 3512
