Frank Kenneth Gibbins, passed away with his family around him. Born May 29, 1960, passed away May 6, 2020. Frank was born in Vancouver, BC and spent his childhood and the majority of his adult life in Richmond and the Lower Mainland. Frank graduated from Richmond Sr High. Frank lived some time in Osoyoos and most recently Princeton, where he met some wonderful friends. Predeceased by his parents Ken and Mary Gibbins; he is survived by his sister Karen and little brother Jim, several nieces and a nephew as well as many many cousins and relatives. He held many jobs but most entailed driving, he drove Taxi for many years, and most recently drove a tow truck. Frank found value in everything and enjoyed adding to his collections, and loved tinkering and working with his hands. Friends and family were everything to Frank, he loved visiting and laughing over coffee or a meal. Always quick to forgive he chose to live his life with a positive outlook in the face of many adversities.
