RCMP report that on the morning of Feb. 27 a frozen body was found on a path behind a residence across from the Strayhorse Inn on Apex Mountain Road.
The deceased female, identified as 32-year-old Benoite Camlle Mayre, was originally from France and had been working at the ski resort.
The incident is still under investigation by the coroner, but no foul play is suspected at this time.
