Tickleberry’s is preparing to add 16 new flavours to its roster next season.
According to owner Kelsey Hoy, the popular ice cream and gift shop is renovating its Okanagan Falls location to accommodate customer bathrooms and a new freezer that will hold the new shop-made creations. The store currently offers 68 flavours at a time but Hoy hopes that they can “fill the shop with more house-made flavours.”
The project, which will finish for March 1, 2019, will add an additional 1,100 sq. ft. to the location. As a result, Tickleberry’s is currently operating a “mini” pop-up shop out of Cherry Lane Mall in Penticton.
The pop-up location will run during regular mall hours from October to December.
