Recreation Coordinator Nadine McEwen and Junior Posse hockey team president John Babiak are happy that the Posse bus will be used for summer adventure tours.

Princeton Parks, Recreation and Culture have teamed up with the Princeton Posse Tour Bus to offer a variety of fun adventureous trips that are great for families, kids and youth this summer.

Experience the thrill and excitement of rockclimbing at Cliffside Climbing Gym in Kamloops. Make a big splash at the Cultus Lake Waterslides. Enjoy time at Kelowna’s fantastic indoor aquatic centre – H20. Sleep with the Belugas at the Vancouver Aquarium in August.

“Summer is a time to explore and have some fun,” states Nadine McEwen, Princeton Community Recreation and Cultural Coordinator. “These trips are a chance for kids, youth and families to have mini-holidays with our great summer staff playing at some great places.”

Families are welcome to attend with children of all ages. Youth aged 10 to 18 are welcome to register with friends to hang out with our recreation leaders.

Check out the Great Summer Adventure Tour location in the 2011 Princeton and District Summer Leisure Guide on line at www.princeton.ca under Recreation and Events or stop by Town Hall for your copy today.

Let’s fill the bus for a great summer of adventure, laughter and fun!
