Santa will have lunch at the Summerland Legion once again this year, during an annual party.
The lunch will be held at the branch on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Children are invited for a party with colouring pictures, face painting, fish pond, cookie decorating, and balloon animals and photos with Santa, Mrs. Claus and some of his elves.

Santa says he and Mrs. Claus are looking forward to meeting all the boys and girls of Summerland.
“This is a great event for kids, parents and grandparents alike,” said Legion president Mike Brazeau. “We hope that the Grinch does not show up like last year.”
The party is open to the public. There is no cost to attend, although a donation of food or an unwrapped toy for the Summerland Food Bank is appreciated.
