Rob Bett, manager of the local Cooper’s Foods  store and a member of Princeton Rotary has initiated a fundraiser to help Rotary finish their Riverside Kitchen Project. You can help by donating your spare change in this collection bin at the store.

The Rotary Kitchen Project has been underway for about two years. To date, approximately $50,000 has been raised and another $30,000 is needed to finish the electrical and plumbing work required to have the kitchen up and running.

All appliances are of commercial grade including; a six-burner stove with two ovens, range hood, fridge and dishwasher.

Once complete, the Riverside Community Kitchen will be available for use by the community.
