Keremeos’ Grist Mill has decided not to go ahead with a full day of the Heritage Fall Fair. Instead, they are splitting up the events over multiple weekends.

“We’d hoped the current restrictions would ease off in time for our fall fair next weekend, but no such luck. Instead, we’re taking our planned Heritage Fall Fair and splitting it into pieces over multiple weekends and first up is our Community Vendor Day, Saturday, Sept. 25,” said general manager Chris Mathieson.

Local crafters and food producers will be set up in the gardens. Grist Mill’s volunteer group, the Grist Mill Foundation, will also have a fundraising silent auction.

Also, Cuyler will be in the mill producing flour for the first time in almost two years and they’ll have it for sale.

The Mill is waiving admission for the day.

Normally the fair includes a pie contest, zucchini races and other events.
