Lady golfers swarm the Princeton Golf Course

On the weekend 11 teams of lady golfers enjoyed two days of golf with a different format of golf being played every 9 holes. They played net points, Scotch Ball, Chapman, and Scramble formats and had much fun either relying on their skills or their partner’s skills depending on the game.

They played net points, Scotch Ball, Chapman, and Scramble formats and had much fun either relying on their skills or their partner’s skills depending on the game. Winners of the weekend were Myrt McLaren and Sharon Blower (left) with net scores of 126.5. Second (middle of photo) were Helen Rogers and Margaret Wilson, while 3rd place (right) was clinched by Barb Fraser and Pat Schmunk. There were prizes for all teams and this type of tournament will definitely become an annual event.

On course winners for Saturday were Brittani Martini for furthest in 2 shots, Jeannette Gerard for KP, Sharon Elko for KP, Myrt & Sharon Blower for closest chip and closest to the 100-yd marker.
