I see swimming in my future

I just want to say thank you to the Aquatic Centre Committee. Over the summer while I was out enjoying community events with my family, the pool committee was away from their family trying to provide people with information about the aquatic centre and voting process.

I just want to say thank you to the Aquatic Centre Committee. Over the summer while I was out enjoying community events with my family, the pool committee was away from their family trying to provide people with information about the aquatic centre and voting process. This was a big commitment and I am thankful that our town has such a good group of people trying to make improvements to the town. I am strongly in favour of building an aquatic centre in Princeton. I feel it will provide jobs, promote a healthy lifestyle, create a location for water based physio, and benefit all children. I picture my children in swimming lessons, and our family going swimming together on weekends. I picture the students of Princeton participating in adapted aquatics, swimming lessons and recreational swims year round. I see my parents using the pool for exercise/physio and then going for a coffee and lunch with friends. I see people coming to Princeton and the pool being a gateway into discovering all that is wonderful about Princeton. As the date for voting comes closer I am getting excited about getting the vote over with and starting to finalize the details so building can start. Thanks again to the committee for all of your dedicated work, see you on the 24.
