On October 6, 2012, Stanley Thomas of Edmonton, AB passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years.
Stan will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his loving wife of 62 years, Audrey; one son, Brian (Jennifer Beswick); two daughters, Linda (Jim) Adams and Kärin Thomas (Adam Abraham); six grandchildren, Aaron (Deb), Nick (Melissa), Corbin, Keegan, Kyle, and Austin; and one
great-grandson, Declan. He is also survived by his sister, Violet Cunliffe; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Stan is predeceased by three brothers and one sister.
Respecting Stan’s wishes, a private Celebration of Life was held. In lieu of floral tributes, donations in memory of Stan may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
