HOLT, Nancy Elizabeth
August 30, 1924 - August 24, 2010
Nancy Holt passed away peacefully at home on August 24, 2010 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Agnar Holt.
Nancy is survived by her sons; Dave (Norma), Brian (Eleanor), Victor and Glen (Yvonne). She is also survived by her grandchildren; Nancy, Laurie, Amanda, Michael, Shelby and by her great-grandchildren; Johnathan, Ashton, Lucas, Sammy and Laura. Nancy, a war-bride, became a homemaker happily raising her four sons. She enjoyed travelling and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. In later years, Nancy became an expert in Rug Hooking, creating beautiful works of art. She enjoyed visiting her friends at Vermilion Court, spending time playing bingo and games at the Seniors Centre.
Nancy was a happy woman who loved and lived life to its fullest. ~She will be greatly missed~
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall, Bridge Street in Princeton
on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
