1924 - 2010

Lorraine was born in Milk River, Alberta on November 22, 1924, and passed away in Princeton, BC on February 14, 2010 at the age of 85 years.

Lorraine met Robert, her husband to be, in Princeton and they married in 1952, in Milk River, Alberta, where her parents lived. They raised their four children Andrew, Dianne, Robert and Joanne in Princeton, Greenwood and Grand Isle, B.C.

Lorraine had many hobbies, including gardening and playing Bridge. In her later years she lost much of her eyesight, but had enough vision to read with aids from CNIB. She was also able to do her crafts which included embroidery, crocheting and making Christmas ornaments. She made so many ornaments, that her friends loved to visit over the holidays to see the Christmas display in her home.

Lorraine will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Robert, their children, four grandchildren

and one great-grandchild.

A Celebration of Life was held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the Tulameen Community Hall, officiated by Eric Goodfellow.
