In Loving Memory ~
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Lori Noreen Pringle, 67, of New Westminster, at Kelowna General Hospital on November 3, 2022. Lori was the middle child born to Ted and Noreen Pringle on Easter Sunday April 10, 1955 in Princeton B.C.
Her work in Medical Records took her to many different locations, Iqaluit (Frobisher Bay) NWT, Bermuda, Almonte, Ont, New Westminster, with her career ending upon retirement at Vancouver St Paul's Hospital in 2020.
You could always find Lori in the kitchen trying out new recipes from her numerous cookbooks. Her family always looked forward to her many delicious meals and baking. When she wasn't cooking, her hands were busy knitting baby blankets, hats and sweaters. Her fun and unique hats were enjoyed by many children.
Lori's happiest place was spending the summer at Allison Lake with her family. She enjoyed swimming, watching her nieces and nephews doing the many activities on the lake or just sitting in the sun reading her book.
Lori's travels took her camping on the tundra in the NWT to Australia, London, and many sunny spots in between. The time spent with sisters took them to New York, Vancouver Island and the many wineries in the Okanagan. Lori cherished the cruises and road trips with her Mom, sister and best friend Arden.
Lori was predeceased by her Dad, Ted, in 1993. Lori is survived by her mother Noreen Pringle, sisters Arden Pringle and Pam McKenzie (Kim), nephews Logan and Ian, niece Jana McKenzie, great nieces Lauren and Ryan and great nephew Cameron McKenzie. Lori will be greatly missed by her cousins, coworkers and many friends in BC and Ontario.
