Karen Benjamin of Princeton passed away on October 25, 2011 at 59 years of age at the Kamloops Hospice, due to complications from Melas FHM, a brain disease that she fought all of her life.
Karen is survived and loved by her sister, Lea and many special friends. Karen loved all animals, the beauty of the outdoors & enjoyed a quiet peaceful life. Karen moved to Kamloops in July 2011 to spend time with her sister and to
receive the medical expertise and
attention that she needed.
A private memorial will take place at a later date.
If so desired, a donation in Karen’s memory to the SPCA would be greatly accepted.
Karen was loved very much and will now rest in peace
