GIBSON, JOHN ROBERT
March 8, 1920 - January 7, 2013
John Gibson passed away at the age of 92 years. He was born in Syringa Creek, BC to parents Harry & Edith Gibson. John met and married the love of his life, Jean Reid on July 1, 1949.
He was predeceased by his son, Robert (Bob) and by his brothers; George and Dick.
John is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Jean, children; Ken (Isabelle), Gloria (Gord), Carolynn (Dale), Louise (Bill), Alan, Arlene (Mario), daughter in law, Brenda, sister in law, Ethel Gibson, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
John and his brothers owned and operated Tulameen Motors for 36 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, doing woodwork and was an avid gardener.
