Al Marr, 59 passed away suddenly, on September 30, 2011.
He was born March 14th, 1952 in Victoria, BC. Al resided in Tulameen for 18 yrs. He is survived by; his beloved wife Vickie, daughter Leah Ward (Chris), granddaughter Kolby, his sister Lynn Kiselbach (Bill), neice Krista Babineau, great nieces Courtlyn and Taryn, nephew Craig Kiselbach (Sasha), great niece Hanna and great nephew Gage. Al, will be lovingly remembered as well, by his best brother/friends; Bill Gable (Adele), Jamie Hassell (Leslie) and John Smith (Lynn) whom are considered our family.
As a Red Seal Journeyman Mechanic for over 30 years and equipment operator for over 10 years; he could fix just about anything—he was our McGyver.
Al was an avid outdoors man. Family, friends, woodworking, his prized bug, and his motorcycle were his favorite past times. Friend to many and loved by all, he was always eager to offer a helping hand.
People were affected by his beautiful smile and bright, happy eyes; he just had a way of making you feel as though you were the only one in the room.
Al’s passing has left a whole in our hearts and a deep gratitude for being able to share this life with such a significant man. Until we meet again...
