Trip to beer store ends in impaired driving charge for Princeton resident

Princeton RCMP removed an impaired driver from the road Saturday, Nov. 21.

An officer on patrol noted a vehicle left the Cold Beer and Wine Store on Highway 3, and drove to a fast food outlet that was closed, said Sgt. Rob Hughes.

The driver failed a road side breath test. He was given a three day license suspension and the vehicle was impounded for three days.
