On Saturday, March 12, 2011, at 07:34 hours, the Princeton RCMP responded to a single motor vehicle rollover incident on Highway 3, approximately 24 kilometres east of Princeton. The vehicle was on fire and the two occupants managed to escape from the vehicle. The male passenger sustained back and head injuries and was transported to Penticton Hospital for further treatment. The male driver also sustained a head injury and abrasions. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this incident and a criminal code investigation is ongoing.
