Share your talents with youth

The Princeton Youth Ambassador Society is looking for volunteers. The Programme will be starting right away and we no longer have a Coordinator. As many hands make light work of a large job; this year we plan to break up the duties and hope our citizens will come forward and take on various parts of the programme.

Friendship Ambassador - Jordyn Senger

The Princeton Youth Ambassador Society is looking for volunteers.  The Programme will be starting right away and we no longer have a Coordinator. As many hands make light work of a large job; this year we plan to break up the duties and hope our citizens will come forward and take on various parts of the programme.

The Ambassador Program provides our youth an opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge that will enable and encourage positive choices.   We focus on public speaking, personal growth, confidence and leadership.

We try to include the whole Community in our events and in our volunteering and fundraising opportunities. We in turn ask the Community to give us their assistance by teaching 1 – 2 hour training sessions on a variety of topics (car maintenance, finances, hair & makeup, etc).  If you would like to share your knowledge by doing a training session, please let us know.

Some of the positions we are looking for volunteers for are: scheduling and training; fundraising; public speaking; talent; fashion show; and the Coronation.

If you would be willing to take on one of the positions or would just like to teach a class to the candidates please contact Lori Thomas at the Chamber of Commerce by email at chamber@nethop.net or by phone at 250-295-3103.
