One medal was passed between 600 communities along a 12,000-kilometre relay route across Canada to raise money for spinal cord research.

Princeton’s medal bearers were Robert Crucil, Andy Evans, Shelby Maynard, Elef Christensen, Dierra Maynard, Alicia Myers, Cameron Mcleod and Ken Carlson.

The relay team passed through Cawston, Keremeos and Hedley before Princeton.
