A Princeton man who is facing serious charges in his hometown was arrested on numerous counts after a series of alleged incidents in Kelowna on the weekend.
Luke Pusell was arrested and charged Friday, Oct. 27, with assaulting a peace officer, willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, along with two counts of breaching an undertaking and two counts of breaching a release order.
Pusell was then released from custody the following morning.
Pusell made his first court appearance Sept. 14, 2023, in Princeton, charged with arson causing damage, assault uttering death threats, two counts of breaching conditions.
