A Princeton man charged with sexual assault and invitation to sexual touching under 16 failed to appear in Princeton circuit court Thursday, March 10.
The man cannot be named due to a publication ban in place to protect the identity of any victims or witnesses.
Judge Shannon Keyes told an agent for the man that if the accused does not appear at the April 14 sitting, or does not have a lawyer appear for him, a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
The alleged offenses took place in Princeton.
