Princeton's newest subdivision has opened, adding more houses to the town's real estate market.
The first phase consists of 12 single-family lots with two spec houses for sale. The next phase is slated to start this spring, with 12 to 15 lots.
"We believe town needed a new subdivision with new homes and we feel it's hard to beat The Yard's location," said Princeton realtor Tyler Willis.
The Yard is located off Highway 3 near Rocklin Avenue.
