Man fleeing police arrested in Summerland

Incident occurred on Tuesday evening

Police arrested a man in Summerland on Tuesday evening in connection with break and enters in Penticton.

Cst. James Grandy of the Penticton RCMP said the man, a suspect in break and enters, was fleeing RCMP around 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

He was taken into custody on Victoria Road South in Summerland around 8 p.m.
