Arrest warrants issued after men fail to appear for Princeton court

Three individuals are facing serious charges in separate cases

Police are looking are looking for three men, after warrants were issued in provincial court in Princeton last Thursday, Dec. 15.

The men are all charged in seperate cases and the warrants are unendorsed, meaning that the accused can be taken into custody when found.

The warrants were issued as the defendents did not appear for court.

Kyle Vesper is charged with assault, assault with a weapon, being in a dwelling house without lawful excuse, and mischief under $5,000.

It is the second time a warrant has been issued for Vesper’s arrest.

Boyd Bullivant is wanted on charges of assault with a weapon, robbery, possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes and mischief under $5,000.

Dylan Hayes is charged with three counts of mischief under $5,000 and one count of break and enter with intent to commit an offense.

None of the charges against the men have been proven in court.
