The purpose of Bylaw No. 2564, 2011 is to establish a service for the purpose of providing an aquatic centre in the Town of Princeton including without limitation the acquisition of all necessary interests in property and the construction and maintenance, with a maximum annual requisition by way of parcel tax of $1,206,491.

The purpose of Bylaw No. 2565, 2011 is to authorize the Regional District to borrow a sum not to exceed $6,000,000 (six million dollars) for the purpose of providing an aquatic centre in the Town of Princeton under the Princeton Aquatic Centre Service, including without limitation the acquisition of all necessary or desirable interests in property and the construction of the aquatic centre facilities.
