Musicians flock to jam together in Keremeos

The rodeo grounds were filled with three days of music

The Keremeos Rodeo Grounds were filled with the sound of music all weekend long for the Bluegrass Jamboree.

For the second time in 2024, the grounds were taken over by campers and musicians.

Adding the second weekend to the annual event was done by popular demand, and the performers were happy to take another go.

"We've had more rigs before, but that has been a lot of people just coming to stay here for the weekend, not as as many musicians," said organizer Dave Barker. "Last night [Sept. 6] we had people playing until 11."
