Vancouver-based indie-rock band In Medias Res is playing at The Princeton Legion on Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.

The group formed over a decade ago and has since toured extensively. Their debut album Of What Was sold over 1,500 copies.

Their latest album It was Warm and Sunny When We First Set Out was released digitally on Jan. 4, and ranked as the number on seller on bandcamp with 6,000 total plays.

The album will be available for vinyl release in March, with a national tour to follow.

The band is influenced by Radiohead, Talk Talk, TV on the Radio and Destroyer.

"Beginning with the unholy squall of The Final Flight of the Bees and the rousing anthem of This Could Be The One, the album traces a narrative from the heights to the depths, and back again," the band says on its website.
