Field naturalists enjoy Easter weekend outing

Field naturalists enjoy Easter weekend outing

Our first warm day of Spring was a perfect day to take an outing to Keremeos and Cawston. There were ten of us who walked along the river trail in Keremeos. We started at the lovely treed park and then walked east exploring the river bed, watching canoeists paddle by, and sighted some birds. The foilage was out, past Hedley area and beyond, so we really enjoyed seeing the green grasses, trees, colourful bushes and flowers.
