The South Okanagan Aquatic Centre is looking for public feedback from residents in the region.
The Towns of Osoyoos and Oliver and the Osoyoos Indian Band have been working together on a facility that would serve all residents in the region.
The latest round of information gathering is open from Sept. 27 until Oct. 24, and consists of a survey available online and in person.
South Okanagan residents and visitors to the region alike are invited to participate and share their thoughts on the proposed new aquatic centre.
The goal of the new aquatic centre would be to provide a location with year-round access to aquatics for people of all ages in the community.

The survey will serve to assist with decision making by narrowing down what the needs are for the project, as well to gather information and feedback on the state of existing facilities.
All of the responses will be confidential, and the survey is expected to take around 15 minutes according to the Town of Osoyoos’ press release.
The survey can be found online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/South_Okanagan_Aquatic_Centre_Survey , and hard copies are available in Oliver at the Community Centre and Osoyoos Indian Band office and in Osoyoos at the Sonora Community Centre.
