Mother Nature came through on Family Day weekend with a dusting of snow that made the China Ridge Trails perfect for some outdoor fun.
Several volunteer organizations hosted Family Day on Feb. 11 from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on the China Ridge Trails.
Those from the China Ridge Trails Association, Princeton Curling Club, Town of Princeton and United Way BC-Princeton were all in attendance to help make the day a success.
Players from the Princeton Posse even made an appearance, for some cross-country skiing and curling.
Those who came out for the event were encourage to pack a lunch and bring a sled to hit the slopes, while snowshoe and ski rentals were free.
The event was organized by the Town of Princeton Recreation.
