Posse dunk Lakers in second game of series

The Princeton Posse defeated the Princeton Lakers for the second time in two days, winning the second game of a best-of-seven series.

The was final 2-1 for Princeton, giving them another win in the divisional semi-final series.

The fast-paced game saw Princeton's Justin Moltzhan score first early in the game.

Princeton upped its chance of winning again when Spencer Kristensen scored on a power play.

But the Lakers showed they were not in the game to lose, outshooting the Posse 16 to nine in the first period.

The Posse thought they had scored a third goal in the second period, but it was determined to be a no goal because the net had been knocked off its pegs right before.

Sean Allridge scored Penticton's first goal of the game with less than two minutes to go in the second.

Princeton picked up their game in the third period, making 13 shots on goal compared to Penticton's seven.

Penticton pulled their goaling with 30 seconds to go, but weren't able to score another goal.

Shots on goal: Princeton 35, Penticton 35. Penalties: Princeton 10 for 31 minutes, Penticton 10 for 28 minutes.
