NOTICE UNDER “LAND ACT: NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DISPOSITION OF CROWN LAND” AND INTERNATIONAL TRUSTS ACT

NOTICE is given, pursuant to maxims of law and equity, that the following described property DISTRICT LOT 1121, 1122, 1124, 1125 and 1126 of the YALE DIVISION YALE DISTRICT, is hereby established as a pre‐emptive land claim by the named pre‐emptor/applicant SMITH, MARK RANDALL has applied for an application for a Crown grant and disposition by purchase for specific land namely:

Commencing at a point at the northwest corner of DISTRICT LOT 1124 ‘Geohash Coordinate c2f4s78e9hf0k78’ marking the beginning of the property line; herein describing the Metes‐and‐Bounds encompassing a total of 760 acres; thence south 59.99 chains; thence east 20.01 chains; thence south 59.99 chains; thence west 20 chains; thence south 20 chains; thence east 40 chains; thence north 120 chains; thence east 40 chains; thence south 19.995 chains; thence east 39.98 chains; thence north 20 chains; thence east 20 chains; thence north 20 chains; thence east 40 chains; thence north 20 chains; thence west 59.99 chains; thence south 20 chains; thence west 40 chains; thence north 20 chains; thence west 40.01 chains; thence south 20.01 chains; thence west 40 chains back to the beginning of the property line; excluding public roads, highways of HIS MAJESTY THE KING, reserved lands, lands of Treaty First Nations and reserve lands of Indian Act Bands and excluding the land, DISTRICT LOT 1123, commencing at a point at the southeast corner of DISTRICT LOT 1123 ‘Geohash Coordinate c2f4sfbsyzu4pps’ marking the beginning of the boundary line; thence north 40 chains; thence west 40.01 chains; thence south 40 chains; thence east 40 chains as shown on a Plan titled 31TR1 YALE of the Kamloops Land Title District deposited in the Land Registry Office at the County of Victoria, British Columbia. The purpose for which the disposition and the pre‐emptive land claim is required is for social, economic and environmental benefits; specifically land improvements, land preservation, private assembly and exercise of the right to self‐determination.

I, Mark‐Randall: Smith, a sentient moral being with full capacity to administrate my own affairs, hereby claim all right, title and beneficial interest in the property described above and land recorded as Trust‐ID: RN722960525CA under SOUL SHERPA SOCIETY TRUST whereby all legal interests by nature and characteristic in Public Nominee and Applicant SMITH, MARK RANDALL greater and lesser estate.

An opportunity to comment in accordance with section 33.1 of the Land Act is to be directed to the Minister, no later than 14 days, from the date of publication of this notice and all written objections on the ownership or superior claim of trust(s) described within the Metes‐and‐Bounds should be directed to the Pre‐emptor’s/Applicant’s address, mailed in care of SOUL SHERPA SOCIETY to PO BOX 8465 ‐ 709 Yates Street, County of Victoria, British Columbia [V8W‐3S1].
