A Princeton man was killed Friday night in a single vehicle crash on Old Hedley Road.
Jeffrey Jenner, 71, died after his car struck a tree in the 700 Block area, at about 8 pm.
According to RCMP Sergeant Barry Kennedy Jenner’s vehicle failed to negotiate a turn, left the road and travelled ten feet down an embankment.
Jenner was the only occupant of the car.
He not wearing a seatbelt, Kennedy said.
Police are still investigating the accident, and Jenner’s vehicle has been sent for mechanical inspection.
Kennedy said the road was bare and dry at the time of the crash.
